She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Dillard and Eunice Hardin; and her siblings, Carl, Ralph, J. D. Hardin, Dartha "Dot" Haught, Evelyn Teague and Mary Lou Hardin.
She is survived by: her sister Eula Nelson; her nephews, Jim Nelson, Kim Strickland, Melvin Haught, Jeff Teague, Billy Webb (Debbie Frye), Jim Vaught and Tracy Vaught; her siblings-in-law, Gene Webb and Ann Vaught; and her husband Sam Webb.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in memory of Virginia Webb to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis Tennessee 38105.
