With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Mae Adams of Andrews, North Carolina, born in Macon, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2023 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her father Don Hughes; and her husband Blaine Adams. She is survived by: her children, James Donald Adams (Peggy) and Betty Jean Hawkins (Mike); and her siblings, Howard Hughes, Johnny Hughes and Bonnie Keasler. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; and her two great grandchildren.
