It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Morgan McTaggart (Andrews, North Carolina), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Newton and Hattie Rachel Rogers Morgan; her husband Charles Marvin "Sonny" McTaggart; her son Danny Ray Morgan; and her brother Richard Morgan.
She is survived by: her son Jeff McTaggart of Andrews; her stepson Charles David McTaggart of Andrews; her siblings, Patsy Deetz of Andrews, Billy Ray Morgan of Robbinsville and Jimmy Ed Morgan of Robbinsville; her grandchildren, Slade, Bailey McTaggart, Matthew and Nick McTaggart; and her niece Shana Kent. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
