He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Pullium and Sara Taylor Pullium; and his daughter Katherine Pullium. He is survived by: his wife Martha Pullium; his daughters, Angela Mayfield (James) and Robbin Raxter (Michael); his grandchildren, Melissa Garcia (Roberto), Robert Mayfield (Wendy), Dakota Gibby and Brody Raxter; his great grandchildren, Scarlette, Hunter Koehler, Khloe Mayfield and Victoria Garcia; and also Dwight Reed.
