He is survived by: his wife Lorelei Chambers of Andrews; his children, Amber Melkoumova (Theodore Melkoumov) of Fayetteville and Phillip Chambers Jr. (Pearle) of Fayetteville; his brother James Edwin Chambers III of South Carolina; his grandmothers, Alberta Leslie of Dade City, Florida and Phillipa Rice of Zephyrhills, Florida; and his grandchildren, Phillip Chambers III and Chase Chambers.
