He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Wooten and Pawnee Rogers Wooten; and his siblings, Ellen Coleman, Opal Adams, Robert, Woody and Oliver "Red" Wooten.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Rogers Wooten; his children, Suzzie Martin of Andrews and Roger Wooten of Andrews; and his sisters, Rosa Crawford (Phillip) of Andrews and Stella Ledford (Lamar) of Andrews. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
