He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Wheeler and Norma Creasman Wheeler; and his siblings, Brenda Ellis, Gerald and Steve Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Phillips Wheeler of Andrews; his daughter Tracie; his son-in-law Kelly Luther of Andrews; his son Allen; his daughter-in-law Leslie Wheeler of Gainesville, GA.; his sister Ann Fullem of Sugar Hill, GA.; his grandchildren, Justin, Brittany Luther, Kevin Luther, Tyler Luther, Georgia Wheeler and Seth Wheeler; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Elias Luther. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
