She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilis Watkins and Delsie Anderson Watkins; her husband Eugene Payne; and her daughter Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Doil Payne (Shirley), Jewell, Bill Payne, Patsy Hyde (Larry) and Peggy Adams (Steve). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
