It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lane H. Phillips of Andrews, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Phillips and Laura Mae Derreberry Phillips; and his brother Darrell Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Phillips of Andrews; his daughter Karen P. Cox (Clifford) of Saluda; his granddaughters, Katie and Kendall Cox of Saluda; and his sister Wanda Adams of Andrews. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
