We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 53, Karen Denise James of Andrews, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaither Justus Mason and Frances Oneida Tanner Mason; and her sister Sheila Moore. She is survived by: her husband Gary James; her sons, Justin Abernathy and Jeremy Abernathy (Angel); her brother Michael Mason (Tammy); and her grandchild Zechariah "Huggie" Moon Abernathy.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your charity of choice or to the Special Needs Kids.
