He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice Bins and Walter Bins; his wife Mary R. Bins; his siblings, Thomas Bins and Vera Chester; and his children, Alice Rainey (Freddie), Charles Bins (Mary Podolak), Peter Bins (Susan), Anne Gaines (Mike) and Michael Bins. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
