He is survived by: his wife Norma Owenby Douthit; his children, Cindy, John and Kevin; his grandchildren, Kristin, Brandon, Alicia, Hayle, Paige and Talen; his great grandchildren, Sofi and Dominic; and his siblings-in-law, Mary and Steve. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
