She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Gwen Page Funderburk; her children, John Troy Scott (Nancy) and Page Scott Tootoo (Larry); her grandchildren, Leilani Balaban (Scott), Katherine Makepeace (Lawrence), Joshua Tootoo (Elizabeth), Troy Scott (Dorothy) and Gabriel Tootoo (Ana); and her great grandchildren, Rachel Page, Samuel, Jesse, Levi, Apia, Quincy, Soleil, Simon, Noelle, Guadalupe, Teuila May, Moses and Emmanuel.
In lieu of flowers, Jessie requested contributions be made to Saint Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church or to Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Life Care Center.
