He was predeceased by: his parents, Hill Dockery and Esther Mae Jones Dockery; and his siblings, Kendall, Junior, Chuck, Ronald, Boyd, Carroll Dockery and Edna Mae Cross.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dockery; his children, Jerry Dean Dockery, Jr. (Karen) of Cumming, GA, Chris L. Dockery (Tina) of Murphy and Lisa Dockery Bullock (Marcus) of Buford, GA; his sister Mary Ellen Mehaffey of Robbinsville, NC; his grandchildren, Amber Dockery Davidson (Chris), Amanda Dockery, Andrea Dockery Brown (John David), Cailey Dockery, Landon Dockery, Mackenzie Allegra Bullock and Hunter Dockery Bullock (Bailee); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Evelyn Grace and Lincoln Davidson.
