It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Ann Poteet of Andrews, North Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Posey Adams and Aletha Lemmons Adams; her husband Fred Poteet of Blairsville; her children, Kimberly Poteet of Blairsville and Dean Poteet of Blairsville; her sisters, Jane (Don Noble) and June Kephart of Franklin, NC.; her grandchildren, Kendra Bilbo and Trevor Bilbo; and her great grandchildren, Koda and Gabrian.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel (78a Butternut Crossing, Blairsville, GA 30512).
Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family request that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mtn.
