He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Webb and Mae Luther Webb; and his siblings, Ben, Little Red Webb and Ruth Webb Garner.
He is survived by: his significant other Virginia "Bitsy" Hardin Webb; and his siblings, Simon Eugene "Gene" Webb and Ann Webb Vaught. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of James Samuel Webb to the Valleytown Cemetery Fund, PO Box 1210, Andrews, NC 28901.
