He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Stella, Aria, Sadie, Carter and Arden; his mother Cassandra Lindley; his stepfather David; his father Justin Jacobs; his stepmother Christine; his grandparents, Deborah, Alan Raper, Vivian and Howell Jacobs; his siblings, Jeremiah Jacobs (Amber), Josh Lindley (Caitlyn), Cody Lindley (Kelsey), Ryan Jacob Henry (Krista), Paige Lindley-Holloway (Tyler), Emma Jacobs, Abigail Jacobs and Brittany Milam (Tim); his aunts, Amanda Gato (Bobby) and Grace Cheshire; and his uncle Cade Raper. He is also survived by many nephews; nieces; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family plans to hold a celebration of life at a later date, where they will take contributions to an endowment in Isaiah's name to increase access to therapeutic services for children with exceptional needs.
