He is survived by: his wife Ursula Harvey; his daughters, Sarah Britt Harvey of Hendersonville and Susannah Rachel Harvey of Asheville; his grandson Ian James Formato of Hendersonville; and his sister Gayle Harvey Maiden of Andrews.
