He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Price and Lucille Koonz Price; his wife Marjorie June Price; and his sisters, Betty Price Joyce Bentley (Cecil), Delores Skaggs (David) and Carolyn Bunting.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Price of Andrews, Tammie Rutkosky of Almond and Jeanetta Brady (Preston) of Murphy; his grandchildren, Christopher Brady (Heather), Derek Rutkosky, Drew Rutkosky (Jennifer), Jessica Sarinana (Josue) and Phillip Watts (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kynsley, Hudson Brady, Acacia, Harper, Kellan, Hollyn Rutkosky, Brodie Gruber, Matthew Sarinana, Jacob Serinana, Lana and Kaylie Watts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
