He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence and Cora Levada Kilpatrick Hogan; and his brothers, Steve Hogan and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gray Hogan; his children, Cindy Hogan Luther (Junior) of Andrews and Perry Hogan (Linda) of Andrews; his grandsons, Zack Luther (Brittney), Colton Luther and Will Hogan (Kaylee Jones); and his great grandchildren, Chevy Luther and Ansley Luther.
