He is survived by: his wife Ima Jean Cunningham; his daughter Kay Cunningham; his daughter-in-law Shirley Cunningham; his grandchildren, Eric (Christy), Matthew, Kevin, Ryan and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Jennilynn, Shawn, Katie, Cason, Everlee, Raylan, Jace, Hayden, Ava Grace, Brooklyn and Rylan; his brother Bill Cunningham (Jane); his nephews, Brad (Leah) and Clay (Carmen); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katheryn Grace, Charlotte Jane, Caroline Ava, Lyli Helen, Cydney Mary and Carter Clay.
