He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kent Chapman Sr. and Anna Neal Chapman; and his brother Richard Neal Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Marna Smith Chapman; his sister Thelma Schneider; and his children, Russell (Karin), Janet (Jerry Zayas), Laura (Timothy Fotusky), Kevin (Mary Beth), Jonathan (Holly), Dottie (Phil Close) and Eric (Cathy). He is also survived by his children, his 34 grandchildren, and his 54 great-grandchildren.
