She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cook and Mary Hendren Cook; and her pet Rocky. She is survived by: her daughter Patti Green Wells (Jason Rogers); her siblings, Kathy Walters (Dan) and Landis Cook; and her grandchildren, Kalee Cruz (Jose) and Landon Wells. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
