He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Barton and Kaye Barton; and his friend Bitty. He is survived by: his sister Cathy Barton Knox; his nephew Dallas Knox; his aunts and uncles, Ronnie Barton, Grant Barton, Willard Enloe, Harold Enloe, Linda Hughes and Darlene Breedlove; his nieces and nephews, Renee Trout, Robin Walker and Mandy Patterson; and his former wife Wanda Mathison. He is also survived by friends, hunting buddies, and extended family.
