She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. Ford and Muriel Hoop Ford; her husband David Clark Cooke; her son-in-law Parker Snead; her daughter Barbara Cooke Lee; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Cody and Stuart.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Cooke (Karen) of Mansfield, PA and Joan Cooke Snead of Forestport, NY; her sister Evelyn Saunders of Ironton, OH; and her pet Chrissy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
