He was predeceased by: his father George R. Harper Jr.; and his siblings, David Harper and Annette Harper Hall. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Harper Hall; his children, Jess Harper and Breeze Harper; his siblings, Gerry Wayne Harper and Terry Harper Cannan; his grandson Paul Aiden Riley Harper; and his aunt Marie Story. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
