He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Mintz; and his daughters, Cindy Hall and Kim Mintz. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Tiberi (Lou); and his grandsons, Chase Morgan (Erin), Eric Morgan (Ashley), Blake Morgan (Natalie) and Patrick Jeffers (Auburn). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
