He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Black Tillman and Viva Byrd Harris; his wife Carolyn Evedna Killian of Statesville, N. C; and his siblings, Harvey Keith Tillman, John Beldon Tillman, Ann Virginia Sturdivant, Ina Clair Tillman and Laura Tillman.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Rouse (Shannon), Kelli Kupiec (Joe), Danny Tillman (Jana) and Kevin Tillman; his grandchildren, Megan, Chandler, Jordan, Sarah, Griffin, Matthew, Carson, Hartley, Ryan and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Phillip, Noah and Nayeli; his friend Retta; and his caregiver Wendy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
