He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Greeley and Nell Bryant Womack; and his sister Judy Fowler (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Buchanan Haun; his daughter Ashley Simmons (John); his grandchildren, Walker, Mason and Aiden Simmons; his brother Tommy Fowler (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Howie Fowler, Kim Carter, Robin Chaney and Timothy Fowler.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church (113 E Parkwood St, Stanley, NC 28164). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 25th 2024 at 3:45 PM at the same location.
