It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Sellers (Alexis, North Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alton Sellers and Kathryn Ritzman Sellers; and his brother Robert Sellers (Bobby). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Long Sellers; his siblings, Kristina Lomac (Billy) and John Sellers (Pat); his nieces, Ashley Sellers Grant (Jeremiah), Carrie Lomac and Laura Lineberger Bailey (John); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Sellers, Joyce Lineberger (Neil) and Daniel Long; his nephews, Phillip Lomac (Jody) and Stephen Lomac; and his close friend Alan Voigt. He is also survived by four great nieces; two great nephews.
