Charlie David Mize Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2024, at the age of 81, Charlie David Mize of Alexis, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mize and Mary Lue Myers Mize; his wife Martha Ballard Mize; and his brothers, Lawrence, Bill and Henry Mize.
He is survived by: his sons, Luther Mize (Ronda) and Malcolm Mize (Kristy); his grandchildren, Kristen Fogiel (Mark), Micah Mize, Lauren Wolfe (Josh), Caleb Mize (Emily Walters) and Patrick Mize; and his brother Tony Mize (Kaye). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Zion Baptist Church (2151 Mt Zion Church Rd, Alexis, NC 28006). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
