He is survived by: his children, Buddy Lewis (Olivia), Sherry Clemmer (Michael) and Brian McGinnis; his grandchildren, Brandon Costner (Haley), Steven McGinnis, Lily McGinnis and Cody McGinnis; his great grandchildren, Cason Lee, Blakely Costner, Luke Costner and Ellie Mae McGinnis; and his close friend Lola Rodgers.
