It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bryson Roy Hamilton Sr. of Alexis, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryson William Hamilton and Dorothy Abernathy Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Rita Abernathy Hamilton; his son Bryson Hamilton, Jr. (Darlene); his granddaughters, Amber Hamilton (Billy Pilkin) and Jessica Etters (Justin); his aunt Pauline Lancaster; and his nephew Mark McClure.
