He is survived by: his wife Shirley Whittington; his daughters, Ryan Whittington Kristen (David Hewett) and Stephanie Taylor; and his grandchildren, Addison Hewett, Clayton Hewett, Lillian Hewett, Brooks Stay, Bailey Emerson, Olivia Emerson and Adelaide Emerson.
He was an active golfer, and attended many Eblen charity events.
