It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sigrid L. Bollfrahs of Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on November 4, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sigrid L. Bollfrahs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Simon and Maria C. Fader Simon; her husband Ernst G. Bollfrahs; her siblings, Eleonore Knopf-Cordes, Dieter Simon and Walter Simon; her brother-in-law Karl Bollfrass; and her son-in-law Roger Pollock.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Kernan (Steve) of Alexander and Susan Pollock of Montreat; her brother Horst Simon of Germany; and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Bollfrass of Illinois, Marianne Simon and Ruthild Simon of Germany. She is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
