He is survived by: his parents, Sharon Byers and Bobby Partee; and his siblings, Bobbie Jo Partee Williams (Nes), Stephanie Partee Sherrill (Charqual), Tisha Partee, Janice Brice, Stephan Partee, Jason Cook and Nathan Byers (Abby). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
