He is survived by: his daughter Sandra W. Kiser of Weaverville; his grandchildren, Missy B. Payne (Robbie) of Weaverville and Nathan Kiser (Ashley) of Erwin, TN; and his great grandchildren, Knoxx Payne and Kannon Kiser.
