It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Mendoza (Alexander, North Carolina), who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent James Chandler. She is survived by: her parent Inez Schneider Chandler; her spouse Carlos Daniel Mendoza; her brother Ken Chandler (Pat) of Portland, IN; her niece Kensey Albertson (Bobby); her nephew Michael Chandler; her great-niece Hannah Chandler; and her great-nephews, Jon Roessner and C. J. Albertson.
