He is survived by: his wife Beverly Carpenter Congdon; his children, Jeffrey Congdon of Winters, TX, Ginny Penley of Alexander and Amy Congdon of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Taylor Penley and Sean Penley; his great grandchild Dorothy Penley; his sisters, Audrey Congdon, Doris Welch, Trish Weinag, Helen Lindberg and MaryAnne Sticek; and his father Dennis Fotinos.
