It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvil Oscar McGalliard of Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford McGalliard and Oberia Myers McGalliard; his former wife Christine C. McPeters McGalliard; and also, Dorothy Reed, Kathleen Chambers and Tina Ingel.
He is survived by: his wife Beulah Martin; his daughter Denise Davis (Donald Davis) of Burnsville; his grandchildren, Buddy Davis (Alaina) of Edenton and Julie McKinney (Ryan) of Micaville; his great grandchildren, Paisley McKinney and Emma Davis; and his siblings, Sterlon McGalliard (Margie), Conley McGalliard (Cynthia), Doris Ingel, Katherine Step (Monroe) and Margie Ingel (Junior).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (529 Grandview Rd, Marshall, NC 28753).
