He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie James and Irene Murphy Teachey; and his siblings, Inez T. Williams, Norwood, Edward and James Teachey.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Cindy Teachey), Guy (Ruth Marie Teachey) and Chris (Kelly Teachey); his grandchildren, Grant Teachey, Stuart Teachey, Kristen Strickland (Ken), Kayla Larsen (Adam), Karie Yarborough (Chad) and Kristy Berends; his great grandchildren, Jordan Strickland, Harper, Halle, Hunter and Hogan Larsen; and his sister-in-law Doris Teachey of Wallace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
