We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 74, Joseph Edward Scott of Albertson, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Edward Scott to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver "Tip" Scott and Velma Scott. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Potter Scott; his sons, Jacob Wayne Scott (Amanda), Jonathan Edward Scott (Shannon) and Jason Alan Scott; and his grandchildren, Alyssa (Cole), Ashlyn, Abigail, Landon, Madeline and Lila.

In lieu of flowers, Joseph has requested that donations be made to the Mount Olive Exchange Club (PO Box 583, Mt. Olive, NC 28365). Donations will go towards the prevention of child abuse which was a cause that he was extremely passionate about.
