He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Grissom Harper. He is survived by: his parent Vara Irene Boyette Harper; his wife Virginia Estelle Jones Harper; his children, Diane Waller (Danny) of Jacksonville, Ricky Harper (Cindy) of Albertson, Dwaine Harper (Jolene) of Oak Grove, MO, Michele Bruin (Michael) of Effingham, IL, Mark Harper (Sheryl) of Graham and Jonathan Harper of Albertson; and his brother Carol James Harper. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
