She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Page and Ira Grace Harvell Page; her former husband Gene Payne; and her siblings, Georgia Page and Grady Page.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Napier of Albemarle, NC; her daughter Penny Tysinger of Southport, NC.; her siblings, Flora Freeman, Barbara "Bobbie" Overcash, Janice "Jan" Hartis and Charles Page (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Ramona Page. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
