It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Ray Moore Jr. (Albemarle, North Carolina), who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Moore and Elmonia Rennick Parker; his sons, Rodney Harris and Willie Wiggins; and his brother Alonzo Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Mack (Kenneth) and Dedrick Cole; his sister Madeline Greene; his niece Sonya Merchant (Willie); and his grandson Durrell Davis. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
