He was predeceased by: his mother Arlie Surratt; and his brother Larry Surratt. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Gardner Leah (Jaron) and Brian Surratt; his brother Charles Surratt Dianne (Doris); his grandchildren, Liam Gardner, Alaina Gardner, Wrynn Cole, Audrey Walker and Vance Walker; his nieces, Amanda Whitley, Gina Surratt, Tara Moody and Michelle Tucker; and his nephew Micheal Surratt.
