With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Lee Laton of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie "Pete" Wilson Laton and Pearl Dodd Laton; his son Mark Laton; and his siblings, Charles Laton, Rayvon Laton and Carolyn Laton.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Jean" Ewing Laton; his sons, David Laton (Betty Laton) of Albemarle, NC and Gary Laton (Kristi Laton) of Mt. Pleasant, NC; his grandchildren, Derrick Laton (Natalie Martino) of Miami, FL, Brian Laton (Jenny Hsu) of Lake Forest, CA and Pressley Laton (KC Banner) of Blowing Rock, NC; and his sister Linda Hesler of Felicity, OH..
