It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Huneycutt of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Owens and Annie Simpson Owens; and her siblings, Fred Odell and Betty Lou. She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Owens and Charlie Owens; her grandsons, Christopher Owens, Jonathan Owens, Johnny Owens, Jr. and Justice Owens; her daughters-in-law, Shakria Owens and Janna Owens; her siblings, Margaret Owens, Claudine Owens, Ann Eudy, Marlene Hartsell, Gary Owens and Jessie Owens; and her nephew Dakota Hills.
