He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Mock Wood and Mary Elizabeth Rachels Wood. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Wood Lacik (Tom) of New London and Elizabeth Martin (Joe) of West Virginia; his siblings, Henry Wood (Phyllis) of Lexington and Lynn Moody of Lexington; his grandchildren, Grace Huneycutt of Wyoming, Austin Hiatt of New London, Jacob Huneycutt of New London, Allison Tatum of Connecticutt and Mark King Jr. of High Point; and his great grandchild Kaiya Nolan.
