He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Ila Lewis Britt; and his son Michael'Mike'Floyd Britt. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sells Britt; his children, Robert Thomas Britt Jr.'Tommy' (Terri) of Albemarle and Lisa Britt Hatley (Chip) of Albemarle; and his sister Frances Canter (Jim). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
